Attention \u00e0 ne pas le laisser br\u00fbler.<\/li>\n<li>Apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9alisation du caramel, ajouter les 500\u00a0ml d\u2019eau. Attention aux \u00e9claboussures bouillantes. Le sucre va se durcir au contact de l\u2019eau froide, c\u2019est normal, continuer la cuisson et remuer, le sucre va refondre.<\/li>\n<li>Pour la cuisson du porc au caramel, le feu doit \u00eatre au maximum. Ensuite, ajouter la viande pr\u00e9alablement d\u00e9barrass\u00e9e de la peau, la sauce soja l\u00e9g\u00e8re, la sauce poisson et l\u2019ail. Laisser cuire pendant environ 30\u00a0minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Apr\u00e8s 30 minutes de cuisson, mettre \u00e0 feu doux. Ensuite, ajouter l\u2019anis \u00e9toil\u00e9, le bambou et les \u0153ufs et on surveille et remue en permanence jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019eau avec le caramel devienne une sauce tr\u00e8s \u00e9paisse, et faites attention \u00e0 ne pas laisser br\u00fbler le caramel, sinon il aura un mauvais go\u00fbt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1562\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cambodiaacountryfullofcharm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/porc-au-caramel-kaw-sach-chrouk-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"porc-au-caramel-kaw-sach-chrouk\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><br \/>\nCe plat est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec une vraie sauce caramel contrairement \u00e0 la recette d\u00e9crite sur une autre page et qui a aussi l\u2019avantage de rendre la viande tr\u00e8s fondante et plus savoureuse en bouche, aussi bien parce qu\u2019elle est accompagn\u00e9e de la sauce au caramel, mais aussi parce que le temps de cuisson est beaucoup plus long (45 minutes en moyenne), ce qui a aussi r\u00e9duit la viande. C\u2019est donc pour cela que vous avez besoin d\u2019un minimum d\u2019un kg de viande. L\u2019association du bambou, des \u0153ufs et du caramel s\u2019accompagne parfaitement.
