Ensuite, dans un plat, ajouter la viande avec la sauce d\u2019hu\u00eetre, la sauce soja l\u00e9g\u00e8re et le satay de <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080; text-decoration: underline;\" title=\"pour avoir plus d'information sur la province de Siem Reap aller voir la page sur le site\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cambodiaacountryfullofcharm.com\/province-de-siem-reap-cambodge\/\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Siem Reap<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">.<\/span> Bien m\u00e9langer et laisser reposer une heure.<\/li>\n<li>Hacher les deux gousses d\u2019ail et couper l\u2019oignon en rondelles le plus finement possible.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9parer les deux poivrons (pour la quantit\u00e9, je vous conseille un demi-poivron de chaque) et les couper en petits d\u00e9s \u00e9gaux.<\/li>\n<li>Apr\u00e8s avoir laiss\u00e9 reposer la viande une heure ou plus, faire chauffer un plat et verser un peu d\u2019huile, ensuite l\u2019ail et l\u2019oignon. Faire revenir environ deux \u00e0 trois minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter la viande et faire revenir \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt (saignant ou bien cuit), ensuite ajouter le poivron.<\/li>\n<li>Pour que le poivron reste croquant, je vous conseille de l\u2019ajouter seulement deux \u00e0 trois minutes avant la fin de la cuisson.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1687 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cambodiaacountryfullofcharm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/recette-boeuf-au-satay-et-au-poivron-1-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"recette-boeuf-au-satay-et-au-poivron-1\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ce plat est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec l\u2019\u00e9pice satay de Senteurs d\u2019Angkor \u00e0 Siem Reap. Le satay s\u2019associe parfaitement avec le b\u0153uf et le poivron, mais je vous conseille de ne pas trop cuire le poivron pour qu\u2019il garde son croquant. Deux \u00e0 trois minutes suffisent pour qu\u2019il soit bien chaud et encore croquant.<br \/>\nCette recette est simple \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser.
