Pr\u00e9paration de la recette
\nFaire fondre le beurre et rissoler l\u2019\u00e9chalote finement hach\u00e9e.
\nEnsuite ajouter le vin blanc et laisser cuire 2\u00a0minutes.
\nPr\u00e9parer les moules et les ajouter dans la casserole, couvrir et laisser cuire 10\u00a0minutes.
