  • 300 g Chinese noodles
  • 300 g peeled shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  • 1 pepper cut into thin strips
  • 100 g Chinese mushrooms cut into thin strips
  • 1 carrot cut into thin strips
  • Juice of one lime
  • Grilled onion
  • Chive


Preparing the mango sauce


Start by cooking the Chinese noodles according to the package directions. Once cooked, drain them and reserve them.


In a frying pan or wok, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the peeled shrimp and sauté until they turn pink and cooked. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
