  • 300 g cooked rice (ideally cooked the day before)
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 bok choy
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • 2 teaspoons of sesame oil
  • A few chopped coriander leaves
  • A pinch of white and black sesame seeds
  • A pinch of chili flakes


Preparing the mango sauce


Heat a pan with 1 teaspoon of sesame oil over medium heat.


Slice the garlic clove and grate the piece of ginger. Brown them in the pan until lightly browned and fragrant.


Wash the bok choy, cut them in half lengthwise, and cut the pepper into strips. Add them to the pan and cook over medium-high heat for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring regularly until they are tender-crisp.
