  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of palm sugar
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 125 ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Vegetable oil

Start by cleaning the crabs by brushing them thoroughly to remove any dirt or debris. Then remove the legs and claws from the crabs and lightly break them with a hammer or rolling pin to make cooking easier.
