  • pangasius curry4 panga fillets
  • 2 teaspoons of curry paste
  • 20 cl of coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 1 small bunch of fresh coriander
  • Salt, to your taste
