  • 5 shrimp, peeled and washed
  • Cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of tom yum paste
  • 2 tablespoons of Japanese mayonnaise
  • Grated green mango
  • Grated green papaya
  • 1 chili pepper, chopped
  • 1 lime
  • Fresh coriander



Prepare the sauce by mixing the tom yum paste and mayonnaise in a bowl. Add the chopped chili pepper to the sauce preparation.


Cut the lime in half and squeeze one half over the sauce. Mix well to incorporate the lime juice.
